Mazin, this has absolutely, positively NOTHING to do with being hacked or haxored or whatever it is you always complain about. This is just someone that has a blank name impersonating you to get under your skin. The best way to deal with something like this is ignore the no-namer.

Every time I see this Mazin guy, he's complaining about being hacked or haxored. I always ask him what's wrong; he says about the no-namer; I say that is not hacking or haxoring; he ignores that and repeats that he is being hacked or haxored.
