Of course, everyone knows that Devan Shell is a Shellion.

Besides that, he's known to some as leader of the turtle terrorists and sometimes even as the king of the turtles. Though I seriously doubt that last part, prolly some glitch during the reprint.

So the name of his planet... uhm... any takers?
