Well, we already know of a few: The blaster and the gizmo gun. What kinds of weapons would you want implemented in JJ3? Would you want spiffed up weapons used in JJ2? Post your ideas here. Don't forget; there are things called cells which powerup your weapons, which give them new powers - The blaster with the ice cell gives you a Ice Blaster, allowing you to shoot ice/make a really big ice block.
