Well.. if you REALLY want, you could ask pennywise to make a modified XJJ2 which is only used to start up the battle server..

(XJJ2 being able to list a server on the listservers, of course)

Hmm.. does XJJ2 accept command lines? I may smell a neat feature for version 4 or whatever if it ever comes about..
