Win the lottery a few times, then contribute all the money to jj3. Or you can overthrow the government and then nothing is illegal.
Or you can buy off the Jazz license from whoever has it now, buy the rights to an unreal engine, form your own videogame making business and make it. But that won't happen.
I got it. Somebody make a brand new game that we can all love.
