Duel a friendly person who is good. If necessary, duel him/her multiple times, and have a look at his strategies, movements, etc. If you can't really see what he/she does, just ask. That's how i got a bit of the basical skill at ctf. (i still suck, but at least people don't wipe me out 10-0 anymore )
