The Absolute best = Powered up Red RFs with full fastfire. they destroy everything (and everyone) above, below, and directly ahead of them, plus they shoot enemies and other players back quite a distance.

But the absolute worst = any form of pepper spray. it's useless. it doesn't shoot far, and it rarely ever causes damage, and if it does, it only takes off 1 heart.
