We can do whatever we want, this pointless topic won't change anybody's opinions on if they choose to use shields or put them in their levels. Personally I'm against shields. They require no skill at all. Think about how useless this game would become if everybody thought shields were just the best thing in the world. There would never be any competition. So if somebody is hosting a level with a shield, and they don't want you to use it then just obey them. It's not that hard.
