This is supposed to be Wazz (I have the feeling that his head is too big):

The outlines are ugly, but that's because my program sucks. And I always sucked at drawing Spaz... >.<
That stuff in the background is supposed to be lightning. Flashes. Whatever. (*eats her dictionnairy*)
