Gain is spyware from the Gator Corporation. As for Roseta:
Loadqm helps load things (obviously). It is normal.
Directcd is part of the Adaptec CD Burning suite. It is normal
I'm not 100% sure what Winmgm or Osd do, but most systems have them.
Realplay is part of RealPlayer, a music player. Normal again.
Service I'm not sure of. If there was anything to raise an eyebrow here, service would be it, but it is normal.
NavaPw32 is part of Norton Antivirus.
Systray is the system tray. Also normal.
Mmkeybd is something to be worried about. It comes on HP Pavillion PCs and is spyware that transfers keyboard data along with functioning the one-touch multimedia buttons on your keyboard. More information here.
Good luck
