I agree completely on this one. However, while it is illegal, the chance of someone being fined $1 million are very slim without this being a mass-distributing of a paid program, nor is 5 years in prison likely. The problem with editing the code as Overlord stated is, while it is a good idea, there will still be people who have it that did not receive the new, useless version. The idea that FQuist noted is a good one, assuming he means banned by a program like Cataclysm from the server. I think banning everyone who uses Megawarp from JCF or J2O would cause a lot of members to disappear, and I dobut it would be great for the community. I like FQuist's idea a lot, however.
