It's the original 1.20 release from Project2, published in several European countries but most prominently in the Netherlands as Project2 was based there.
It's not common to find on eBay, due to it's largest audience being based in the U.S. Try searching on http://www.marktplaats.nl every once in a while and maybe you're lucky. Right now there are at least 2 purple boxes on there but sadly they're both the DVD case released in the early 2000s.
And now that you remind me, I once saw the JJ2 DVD case in a local toy store but never owned one, so I'm bidding on one of those.
