Spotty and I have re-re-contacted Apogee/3D Realms, and they have let us off for this offense. However, Hocus Pocus Shattered Worlds remains illegal, as does creating any tilesets using tiles from episodes 2-4 of Hocus Pocus (THIS MEANS YOU SPOTTY).
