Best battle levels:
1. Firgun
2. Zes
Best CTF levels:
1. Scrapyard
2. Hall of the mountain king
Best SP levels:
1. A generic single player level II
2. Forest Forgotten

Dunno who the best JCSer should be, because every one of these is made by a diffirent person (which is good!).
