It was sarcasm. The purpose was to play on the fact that FQuist wanted some bright colors in the tileset to make it look happier. My solution was to impliment a brightly colored statue, but the irony in the statement was that the statue was of a man in pain. This invalidates the idea of it expressing happiness through the bright color, thus creating a humorous situation.
And I'll pag all the clams I want, thank you.
