Killing Spree, Dominating, Unstoppable and Godlike are what you get for a bunch of kills without getting killed. It's pretty easy to get Godlike on certain levels against bots if you camp in the right place.

Killing Spree is when you kill 5 people without dying (doesnt matter when/how you kill them, as long as you don't die in any way in between). After killing spree comes Rampage, then Dominating, Unstoppable, Godlike, and Wicked Sick.
