Sadly Vagita has no idea how an anti-matter bomb works. There is only one wire. Cutting that wire cuts power off to the anti-matter containment feild, thus detonating the bomb. Thus, a more accurate redoing of those events is this-
Vegeta follows the transport, curious on why it was launched. After it lands, Vegeta opens the door and find what appears to be a bomb of some sort. "Well, we can't have this lying around, now can we?" he says with a smirk. "What an amateur." Vegeta plucks the only wire there is in the bomb. The bomb explodes. The crater resulting that takes out the continent they are on.
Anyway, the bomb was suppost to go off as soon as the ship crashed. I just didn't say that because I like cliffhangers.
