Its fake because
1)April Fools Day, duh.
2)You need the source code to do something like this.
3)No extra character? well if its for both 1.23 and TSF, Lori would be in it...
4) With the "improvments" to 16bit, why would you take the menu screen in 8bit?

Its real because
1)April Fools Day? To obvious..
2)It is possible to ripsource codes from programs
3)Perhaps Jazz Spaz and Lori are there, and the missing extra was Devan or something.

Im waiting untill its done, if ever, to get it.
