DX didn't offer it, he said "ask Violet for it" which seemed to be in response to "Can't you use an external launcher ala FSP" Which was made by Violet(FSP).
And it's not freeware. If it was we'd all have it. It's only handed out to those worthy enough, if there was a word for that I'd use it, and when you have it you cannot hand it out to others unless they also get a worthy score on their episode and request it, if not it'd be Megawarp all over again.
