I would post a screenshot of this but I think people should try this theirselfs.
This ain't really a bug about the plus addon, but I think it's yet another JJ2 bug that needs to be fixed.

1. Open a level with a catepilar in it. Catepilars are those guys who smoke the smoke rings that make you dizzy (right?).
2. Switch to 8-bit mode.
3. Run into his smoke ring, and when colors start flashing, immidiately change to 16-bit.
4. Enjoy your color change.
