You exit the car and step onto the raft. The raft is floating in the middle of the water, though still in sight of the island. A paper sign on the ladder reads "To Upper Placespot". Another sign on the raft says "Lower Placespot, aka Atlantis, will rise above the seas again soon." The ladder goes into the sky as far as you can see before dissapearing into the clouds.
