@Metsys - All true, but Sega does seem to be changing things around. Sonic Generations was absolutely amazing (& the classic remix to City Escape is one of my favorite remixes of all time). I hear that Sonic Colors was good too. I just wish Epic would jump on the retro revival bandwagon. At least, they should release the old games on Steam & GoG.

As far as fangames go, yeah. Creating a clone with original IPs is the best way to go. No legal troubles, and we own the rights to everything we create.
