It depends, sometimes level makers consider that either Jazz, Spaz and Lori may be played in the levels they make, sometimes they don't.
As a matter of fact, Lori is too often forgotten. But for example I can also mention Cloning Jazz by Booman! which explicitly requires Spaz or Get Jazzed by Gus which is too difficult with Spaz because of the pits and which is clearly focused on Jazz...
