That user has been banned here for a long time, but I'm certain you can still find him on plenty of Sonic, Rayman, and other such forums and Discord servers under the name of either Luke or Gamerz31w. Twitter is worth a shot too.
But I recommend just using a screenshot of the original Tubelectric planet intro and upscaling that with a filter like waifu2x for a cleaner result.
