This is mainly about good tilesets that were not uploaded as such to Jazz2Online and are as such practically unfindable except when you stumble upon them by accident, if you're downloading a level using it. I'll try to keep this list up to date; just give me a link / the file (just reply here) and I'll add it to the list.

If you want to add a tileset you made yourself, I suggest you upload it to J2O instead.
