Runner Up: EvilMike (While devres ep5 was probably the greatest sp pack ever made, I feel snz deserves this award more due to the sheer amount of creativity and hard work that has gone into his recent levels, some being scrapped and/or unfinished. Don't get me wrong, EM also has a lot of nice ideas, but I just felt snz went that one step further with what I've seen so far, and has inspired me greatly.)
