Reviews are very, very hard to come by. On the theory that some feedback is better than none, is it perhaps time to allow simple single-click upvoting/downvoting of uploads? With even less weight than quick reviews for calculating the overall score, of course. The rating count could be reintroduced to the downloads index to make this more meaningful.
