You can read installation instructions for the JJ2+ patch in the JJ2+ readme. If you are still having troubles, please post something more specific than "it wont work" or no one will be able to guess what part you are encountering trouble with.

That said, JJ2+ does not yet address the specific issue of getting stuck in those rocks. The rocks have always had some pretty dodgy movement and collision code but no effort has been made to patch them so far.
