At the age of roughly 5, I went to a carnival costume party in my nursery school dressed up as Spaz. It wasn't a complete fursuit but rather just a custom-made head coupled with a regular red shirt and similarly red trousers. The mask was, I believe, made by my mum, and fairly accurate, at least according to the combination of extensive imagination and low attention to detail of the 5-year-old me. It's probably no longer among the living so it's not possible to find out.
