Wow, that tweedle animation is cool. Now I just need walking animations and the idle animation without that background from J2O to make a lame Tweedle fan game with game maker... mmyes, that would be cool.

You call reading a 4-5 page topic(edit-at the time of the post) a waste of time? I once read a 20 page topic about Donkey Kong Jungle beat, for no reason, at some fourms which I never registered at.

I see that the most are playing 1.23 and may are "stuck" with that, but why isn't everybody moving to 1.24 then?

1.24 is actually a different game, called Jazz Jackrabbit 2: The Secret Files (TSF), not a patch.

And I'm still sure GameStar had a patch once that upgraded you to 1.24, including the logo, but not Lori or the TSF levels.

No, this has cool of-topic discussions now!

And i don't think there was a patch from 1.23 to 1.24..

If we ever get a good patch that will really update it to 1.24 then everyone was able to use TSF and then that whole problem is over! But i think i can only dream about that.

Not everyone wants to play only on TSF, believe it or not.

Blur is correct. The sad fact is, TSF sucks. I would much rather see a patch that turns TSF into 1.23. And don't say "BUT WHAT ABOUT LORI SHE OWNS" because Lori sucks. SUCKS.

Actually, TSF has everything 1.23 has and more. Just that the community of TSF is so seperated from the community of 1.23.

Ignoring that, TSF is better than 1.23.

TSF's only advantage is being able to support larger tilesets and having an extra character.

Yes, the only advantage is that it's exactly like 1.23 but better in many ways, how about that? If the 1.23 community was centered around 1.24 then we'd be complaining about how 1.23 sucks and is outdated, because frankly it is in comparison. The only thing is the whole bit about how hard it is to obtain 1.24 and how disjointed the 1.23 and 1.24 communities are.

I agree, what a childish joke this was. Seriously, everyone already knew it was a hoax, so why did you bother. Cruel, very cruel joke.

I'm sorry, did I miss something? So what if it was a hoax, it's not like Pyro scarred anyone for life or anything. Calm down.

If everyone was already aware that it was a hoax what made it so cruel?

Anyway everyone stop whininging about it, people fall for April fools jokes all the time but what they can do is just, let it go...

It was the first, and therefore the worst. Admire it's patheticness:

I'm not sure about that, but can't that easily be done by making the stone ground the same level as the water layer 1?

It depends on what you mean by "making the stone ground the same level as the water layer 1."

It would seem odd that such a team would do such much work on an old game with no payment on the trickiest day of the year. Anyone who fell for this hoax are truly a fool. 1.25 is never going to take place unless we make it happend.

Eh, I worded that sort of strangely. And probably typoed a bit ( ironically, I typoed the word typoed". Is that even a word? ). What I meant to say is that if the rock that looks like it was level 4 was actually added on level 1, it could cover the water, right?

Layers 1-3 are foreground meaning, that the thing is in front of you, a coverup. Yes you would be correct if the rock was on layer 1.
