Ummm.... the order? I generally place whichever powerups seem good for the level in semi-strategic positions. If you want to have all the powerups in a row with fast generation, just have them in order of gun number and don't upload it to J2O.

Let me rephrase that...

I need to know the order you people value your gun powerups, with the exception of the TNT powerup. Thanks.

Best to worst:

Battle:
Seeker
RF
BouncerToaster
Blaster
E-Gun
Pepperspray
TNT
Freezer

CTF:
Seeker
RF
Bouncer
Toaster
Blaster
TNT
E-Gun
Pepperspray
Freezer

Race:
Freezer
TNT
RF
Seeker
Bouncer
Toaster
E-Gun
Pepperspray
Blaster

The TNT powerup is somewhat useful in CTF, but completely useless in battle, as it dosn't give you any points.

Bouncy is better than toaster, and pepper is better than ice because it does 1 damage =P.

Pepper < Ice because Pepper is useless and can be replaced with Blaster. The only difference is that Blaster is better. :P

But pepperspray is almost invisible so the player you fire at won't see it and won't try to avoid it which can lead to an easily roasted rabbit!

I mainly use Blaster, RF, Pepper Spray, Toaster, & Seeker in my level. I try to limit to using only 1 seeker powerup in the level. I may use the other powerups but not as much.

From best to worst imho: RF - Bouncy - Seekers - Toaster - Blaster (- Pepper - Electro - Freezer)

That's right, i don't like seekers that much at all. I even have a tendency to leave the powerup out of most of my levels. Pepperspray is far from worthless. Though it can't be powered up, it's nearly impossible to see it coming, and it has quite a decent range and speed if fired while running.

So

I think I'll scrap my original idea and instead of powerups I'll place a few 15 crates.

1. Seeker
2. RF
3. Blaster
4. Everything else

15 Crates can be a bad idea, because they cause lag if you shoot too many of them. I prefer Gun Barrels, because you have to stomp them, which is less accidental, and they give a variety of ammo so its more likely to be picked up.

They're not out in the open, and the crates have the max (31 second) delay on them.
