Yeah, Epic's legal department can't seem to figure out if they have a leg to stand on. Last I heard they were aware of the site but couldn't get any farther than that.

Given that a similar post was removed from the J2O front page, we probably shouldn't allow links to JJ1-in-a-browser here either.

Holiday Hare '94 is another matter - that was released as shareware and so I'm fine with links to that.

That was when it had been out for a day or so though... it's been a few months now, Epic knows of it, and it's still online while other equally (il)legal games have been removed from the site. I'm tempted to assume Epic is okay with it based on that.

Yeah, the fact it was on there got so long I assumed epic just didn't care.

Figured I'd toss it out there for people who didn't know about it
