Problem Reinstalling JJ2!

I had JJ2 and TSF installed to the same folder, so when I went to uninstall TSF, it uninstalled most of the JJ2 stuff. I tried to run the uninstall of the regular JJ2, but that wouldn't work, so I deleted the files and the registry entries using EasyCleaner. But when I insert ed my CD again to reinstall the game, it still thinks JJ2 is installed! I can't even run the regular installation because it thinks I still have 1.23 installed. What should I do?

I'd rather not reinstall windows again, personally...I had my computer nuked multiple times before and I'd rather not do it again just for one game. =P

(1th Way)Then if you wanted to reinstall completly your JJ2 versions , you must use Controll Panel> Uninstall programs (in Windows 7 is just "Programs") and you can uninstall both versions but
they don't exists cuz you clean them with EasyCleaner .
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(2nd way) You can install JJ2 TSF or 1.23 in the other drive (D) .

And if both ways don't works , then you got an JJ2 conflict versions !

Yeah, it seems like I got conflicting versions or something...I can't see the items in the control panel. Hmmm...I got an idea though. I have a copy of an older JJ2 folder I have on my hard disk which I zipped in case something should happen, so I'll unzip that to the C drive and see if that works as a substitute.

EDIT: It didn't work. =(

Error message from running the install file:

And the error message from selecting Uninstall from the CD's autoplay:

Jazz 2 doesn't show up in my Add/Remove program thingy either. I think it's something in the registry my computer isn't picking up.

Also, please don't post links to warez, the mods don't like that.

@Starcraft: Posting links to abadonware/warez is against the host's Terms of Service.

@Lem Gambino: Hey, long time no see! There used to be a utility to purge a JJ2 install, lemme see if I can find it... ah, this might be it. Try the "Jazz 2 Un-Install Aid" from Haze's Hideout.

I forgot when exactly we last talked, but thanks for the link. Worked like a charm. ^_^ Now to back up every single patch I can find so this doesn't happen again. XP

Stop the flaming please.

Starcraft, posting links to downloads of full versions of Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is forbidden at this site, so don't do it. Those are the rules, I'm afraid you'll have to live with that.
