Not too bad, though bees and rocks are not a good combination. Also putting a warp right after the coin warp area is not a too good idea. I didn’t find any saving points either which would be rather important on a level with bees. All together it’s a solid level.

A full review.
Story: Well… there is barely any story. The two levels fit nicely together but well…
0/0
Music: Is allright.
10/10
Eyecandy: Well, it is nearly the most you could make of this tileset. However, though I dislike tileset rate-downs, this time I will do because you simply can’t go wrong at all with this tileset… you made however a few tilebugs which were easy to avoid because of the simplicity of the tileset.
On the plus side, there was some creativity with the Layer 3 usage at times.
7/10
——Gameplay——
Flow/general gameplay: Allright, sometimes a bit annoying. Well playable with either Jazz and Spazz, but Lori needs to golden jump sometimes. The level is fairly difficult… however, try next time using different difficulty settings.
Sometimes I couldn’t find the required trigger crates / trigger scenery, which was very annoying… especially if a lot is covered with layer 3.
After beating the second level, you start over with the first while you just said “I hope you enjoyed playing”… next time try using “ending” instead of the filename of the first level in the “Next level” string.
However, good things were the amount of secrets which also adds up to the replay value of a level, and that there were NO BUGS with the scenery which is quite rare if someone uses a lot of triggers.
7/10
Enemy placement: Allright. Sometimes a bit too few, sometimes a bit too many but they were well placed. There could be a bit more enemies on hard mode… there are no different difficulties right now.
9/10
Pickup placement: A lot was hidden in secrets… there could be a bit more ammo and maybe the occasional carrot outside of those secrets though (especially at easy mode).
8/10
Replay Value:
It is a level you might replay once after you’ve beaten it.
However, there is no difference between easy and hard here, but this level is despite that harder than most other SP levels.
There are a lot of secrets to find here. However, the tileset used, on the other hand, does not help because it is one of the blandest JJ2 tilesets around.
6,5/10
48/60
Penalties:
No different difficulty settings: -0,5
7,5/10
DR: Yes, but you might play this only once, if the blandness of the tileset is annoying you too much. It is a good level (the two levels are essentially one like the author said) worth playing though.
Hey all, I’m still alive. And I’d be pretty immensely grateful to get some feedback on my little nugget. Any feedback is welcome! Thank you!
In my opinion, this deservs more than nine. Very good gameplay, but a bit overused tileset, and not enough ammo, and the music is frustraiting.
Reupload the old file..
Well someone has made a level with my tileset cool!!!Well about the level it`s to short and to easy also on hard.
some things are good somethings are bad.
A bad thing is that suckertube it`s in the ground. The good thing is the eyecandy on some places.
Oh,well.
The level is quite hard/unfair due to stupid enemie placement. It all looks quite nice.
Warning the player when there are rocks around is really helpful…if you understand the warning!Luckily the text is recognizable for an english speaking person too.
But bees and rocks are a very unfriendly combination!!!
A nice single player level using Blade’s forest tileset.
The eyecandy is good, but you didn’t made different eyecandy spread around on the level, so the player might get lost.
The enemy placement is bad, sometimes you just get hurt whatever you do.
It’s nice I finaly can read the text on my own langue, but I think we’re around 3 danish people out of 500, I don’t think it matter anything special.
Shame on you. You upload the training levels that you start on when you play easy difficulty. For that, a 1.
(Rating removal. This is NOT an official level. Next time, play levels before you rate them. -Trafton)[This review has been edited by Trafton AT]
The training lvl is quite good. I don’t think they were made by someone else…
However, I think the lvl is useless cause who doesn’t know how to buttstomp???
Since the lvl isn’t very useful and it’s way too short…
Oh, well. A 5.
Yap, me too… It0s not made by you, i think so…
I have played all of these levels before somewhere. Are these levels yours?
Blackrabite, no. These are not official levels.[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]
NAAAHHHHHH
Don’t like it.I know I shouldn’t say this, but most of the level is trash!
The tileset is nice(It looks a little like the tileset I was just going to make! 0_O),but it’s mostly just stolen.
For not completely trashing your rating,I give a 6.
HM the lvl is nice … not too easy not too hard but the hurt places where u can’t escape sucks
and the tileset hm many tiles are ripped but all in one it is good
I like the use of the tileset you did.
The eyecandy is good, the gameplay is well made, there’s no early bugs, it’s a good level you can use some time on completing 100%
You should try using more forest tilesets like my World of Moonblaze :D (I like to brag, okay? -Evilmike)
This is a rather short, easy single player level. I played this on hard mode and I managed to beat it in under two minutes, without getting hit more than three times. There are no secrets in the level, only one enemy was used, and the design is totally linear without any originality. I couldn’t find a single above average thing in the level, but the tileset usage wasn’t too bad, despite the lack of a complete background.
I give this level a 6 because it is of average quality.
No weppons? Then what do you call the Tracking?
Anyway, to the review.
Tileset: +1.0
Level: +0.5
Layout: -1.0
First try: +2.0
Bonus: +1.5
Overall: +4.0
Elliot has spoken!
Hehehehe. This is the exact same level as the single player one by the same author, except some things were replaced by ammo, such as the boss.
As a result, it’s not a completely battle level design.
