btw this is my first Interview :P
ET: Gooday Nitro, just a short interview, please answer the questions, if you don’t answer when questioned it will be used as evidence against you =P

I have noticed that you have submitted a few tilesets to J2o, which have a huge difference in quality
ET:
Contrast between Jazz Jackrabbit2 (tileset) and the Crypt one
ET:
Why such a huge contrast?
Nitro:
At first I was a bad builder and didn’t know anything or have programs, but now I learnt dedication and soon instead of 10 hours solid work I hope to reach 25 hours of solid work per tileset.
ET:
25 hours, I work for much longer than a day on my sets (I don’t get much sleep), do you see yourself as a really fast tileset maker?
Nitro:
Not really fast.. I think that it’s that I have time on my hands- maybe that’s my problem?
Nitro:
Don’t notice that question mark! I’m not the one asking questions here
ET:
Thats right :P, What are your plans for you other tilesets?
ET:
(you have already told me this, but the audience doesn’t know)
Nitro:
Castle is going to be something Cyan/Greyish (kind of like Wolfenstien) and hopefully (opposing to my other sets) have eye-candy in it.
Nitro:
Cheese if I’ll ever work on it (needing help, wisey? someone?) will be like cheese from Worms2 (alien, futuristic eye-candy) and have lots of metallic eye candy like laser cannons, x-rays, cannons that shoot you… ect.

What program(s) do you use to make these fabulous tilesets?

Oooo! psp7 download is complete! I can start working on Castle’s palette!

Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, Paint.

I bought my version of PaintShop Pro 7.0.
Nitro:

Why do you always want to get a 9+?

9+ = Above nine.

Well… 7.9 looks like 7 and 7 looks bad, 8 is nice but ends up going down (with average) to 7.5 so 9 is the best number. (or 10… HINT)

I re-started cool rabbits, Ninja joined today and Blink (who’s now in NOFX) and doesn’t carry CR in his name so isn’t in CR.

I joined sometime during ’99. I started as WG billy bob (a funny talking sheriff from an old James Bond movie who spat on cars which I loved), then I was called Viniger (miss-spelt) and now Nitro.

I play a tiny bit of UT, used to play a hacker-infested RPG, Jazz2 is the king now, almost all day long I’m Jazz-related! :D

Am not intelligent enough to make maps. :P
