Another very nice battle level. The eyecandy and use of the tileset is excellent. This level will also keep you thinking with the amount of secrets.

This was a very cool battle level!indeed it was a homade tileset with some copys from a few jj1 tiles. But hey it was cool. There were lots of secrets too!The only thing i did not like was that it was hard at first to get into the temple.

I’ll make a long story short.
Eyecandy: 4.0/5.0
Music: 1.0/1.0
Mode of play: 0.5/1.0
Gameplay: 1.0/1.0
Tileset: 2.0/2.0
It’s an 8.5 here.

‘Evilmikes hidden temple’ is a realy l33t battle level. It makes pretty good use of one of Evilmikes tilsets, wich one some points reminds me of JJ1: Deserto. The design of the level is very circular, thus creating pretty fluent gameplay. There is good weapen placement. The coins for the bonus waro are well devided, not to litle, not too much. The use of layers is also very nice. I like the way the level is divided int two sections: the hidden temple and the desert outside. It is a litle small, but thats not much of a pitty. I am going to give this a pretty high 8.0 points and a download recomendation.

Hmmm……Strange name. Yes, i can tell that you drew some parts yourself, because i have the full version of jj1, including the lost episodes, so i know how deserto looks. The eyecandy in the level is ok, sometimes confusing, and overused, but ok. The placement is good, not over or under used, but ok and well placed. The gameplay is also good, although if i can remember properly, i did stumble onto 1 or 2 dead ends, which deducts from the mark.
Nothing more….
