Can I make new enemies, characters and other stuff? If yes, how?

No, you can't. You need the source code for that, which we don't have.

Yes you can! But it's (-) hard, and no one has succeeded yet.

Yes you can? It's quite possible to add functions to jj2 using advanced hacking.

Can you program?
Edit: And while I'm asking questions, how good are you at making sprites and manipulating images?

You can do quite a lot with JJ2; but it'll take you one hell of a long time and one heck of a lot of skill.

Here's a straight answer: no you can't. JJ2 doesn't have any standard modification abilities like those that Unreal Tournament or some other games have. The only thing you can do add levels and tilesets, but that's it. Anything else has to be done via hacking.

I think i'm pretty good at it, as long as the sprites dont have to be of anything living.

You can also change the graphics with Jazz Sprite Dynamite.

Which is hacking.
Anyway, you cannot mod JJ2 because I won't let you.

Which is hacking.
It's still easier to use than other forms of hacking which everyone makes out to be huge untameable beasts.

A team of skilled programmers, permission from epic and months of time to spare.

Level designers, and story consultants aren't bad as well.

if your going to pay for these things it might not be a bad idea to have marketers and publishers.
