Um asd 2 3 and X have been out for some time so i think it could be called asd 4 well anyway this isn't about names.

So he made a asd but in stead of retrive servers it deletes a lot of your system32 files.

Ugh if he is trying to get "revenge" on people who used asd then i think its a pretty bad way of getting revenge over people , but i always thought pyramid was a nice person.Guess I might be wrong.

But why did you want asd anyway? most servers use neoac now plus did you want to crash a server?

The problem is the fact that I have no idea how packet editing works and when a server (-)es me off (example: banning for stupid stuff) then yes I wanna get back at them. Maybe ASD isn't the answer but oh well. And you can believe what you want but Pyrramid is a programmer and this is the type of thing a highschooler could put together.

by the way he hasn't stopped me from nothing. He's just sealed his fate internet wise.

It's not really hacking though if you think about it. Memory editing is all i've really done that could even PASS for hacking. The rest is all just use of programs. i have other evidence too that it was pyramid several ppl told me it was i just don't have it documented. And yes he is a nice guy i used to chat with him all the time on MSN but hell i'm (-) about this BS right now

He's no longer in RR , ASD has never been the answer ever since it was made.

The real asd 2 i think had more hacks on it well i don't really know duel to i never use it but i live with someone who had has and this time its not ryder O_o.

It seems to target the following folders:
c:\*.*
c:\Windows\Prefetch\*.*
c:\Windows\System\*.*
c:\Windows\System32\*.*
c:\Windows\System32\Setup\*.*
c:\Windows\*.*

Its definitely a bad program and it seems to be made in Delphi. Note that the paths are hardcoded in so if your windows is installed on C:\WinNT then they should be safe, but that's not a theory I want to test. Do not run this on your PC.

Well the program itself is poorly made. It could at least have a timer on it letting the user use its functions and thus allowing the program to spread a bit before activating its payload to achieve maximal damage. I'll just shut up so that I don't give these crashers any more bright ideas.

But noone forced you to use it. You used it on your own risk. That noobish ASD I made in Delphi (which contains the simplest DeleteFile procedure) is neither uploaded somewhere nor distributed by me. I made it in order to revenge a person that I was harldy trying to see banned out of JJ2 cos of her crashing-all-day fun. I regret to see my friends (-)ed by ASD2. However, you were aware of what you are doing by pressing that List All Hosted Button (your intention was to crash a server), so it's all your fault.

I repeat. I NEITHER UPLOAD IT SOMEWHERE NOR DISTRIBUTED IT.

I sent lots of reports, everyone knew that she was all day crashing, but since noone cared about the players, I decided to act on my own. Anyway, Nina was en easy target because she was mad about hack tools which prooves she used them more than frequently. I succeeded in doing what I wanted, but it seems she didn't want to be the unique one who got owned. yeah i know isn't it? I collect jj2 programs. I wanted to test this program to see if it would work. That's it. I was going to experiment with it by testing it on my OWN SERVER. That's the thing. There was no intent (this time) to do anything harmful to the community. I collect programs. I was testing the authenticity of this one. I can conclude this is the easiest-made, BUT the most useful app I've ever made. It should serve as a lesson to all whose intention is to crash servers. However, my purpose was to crash Nina's Windows, not someone's else, but the things are now as they are and noone can change them.

I think that reinstalling the Windows should fix the problem. ;)

Actually i've been thinking. Lets just let this program go and leave PyRRamid alone over this. I mean I understand what he did was bad but seriously now. I know he feels bad about the three of us innocents who got crashed. Now if you go turning this program into the internet authorities and he gets throne in jail...who's gonna feel bad then? Ah, it is truly an awesomly useful application! I've always wanted to delete my entire C drive on a whim. Before hand, I had to format the partition, but now I can simply click 1 less button and get a far sloppier job!

I don't get why you think you're such an awesome hacker programmer whatever. The reason people accuse you of having no life or whatever is because you decided to make something like this in the first place because somebody wasn't being banned based on your allegations, which from now on with your obviously wonderful reputation will not be taken seriously ever again, and you wanted to do something in the name of JUSTICE!!! And then you came on to the forums to gloat about how great your actions are and how they were justified. Obviously, an eye for an eye isn't the source here. I'd say it's more like an eye lash for an arm. Not a single bit of damage was done to your computer, so that's a go ahead for ruining the crap out of somebody elses. Logic is your strong suit.

Don't get bent all out of shape because of this, as there are lots of server side utilities that prevent ASD from working, such as the aptly named Anti-Crash. Really, the wrecklessness of the hosters is what's at fault here. And if they didn't have Anti-Crash running, then they probably didn't have respawn or whatever, meaning your game wouldn't have been very fun in the first place.

Really, your 5 minutes of fame from your 10 minutes of work (Which I doubt it was, considering you're you) are over, your reputation is ruined, and your wonderful program will probably never work again as people are on to it.

And to everybody who opened it, next time think twice before using something from a source you can't trust, especially a person who wasn't involved in making the program the first time.

Ok Strato that was a very influencial speech (honestly) but i think PyRRamid understands that he's already ruined his rep (cuz of me :( )and doesn't need ppl rubbing it in his face. Also do relize that i personnally don't even know who made the first ASD and wasn't sure at first who made this phony one until i joined that server and logged and posted those chats that are the topic of this thread.

I don't think the thread should be deleted, but we should probably close it, since I can't really see it getting anywhere. We need this to stay up so people know that ASD 2 is dangerous and shouldn't be opened.

get the word out that it's dangerous. Maybe write a patch against it but don't go purposely TRYING to make the situation worse. I regret even telling the community about this but there was no other way to warn everybody.

Yeah! Someone go make a patch against deleting files.. Gry it's not really that hard. All you have to do is write a program that prevents the function of the addresses stated in ASD 2 from loading. That's not that hard. Or you could write definitions for your anti-virus that reads the attributes of ASD 2 as a Trojan virus.

I just reloaded my OS btw today cuz my computer locked up and i had no choice but to restart it which caused my OS to freeze and i tried using my sys recovery from my windows CD and it failed. *sigh*

Altho this taught me something. Trust no one. Be cynical and skeptical of everything you see and get more info before you go doing stupid (-) like this. :)

Oh and BTW, PyRRamid, you shouldn't have named it ASD2 as a program with that name already exists. Although it's fairly useless now, it allowed you to connect to a remote web script and do the stuff from there to hide your true IP address. Cluck, anyone? (if you know what I mean) ;)
