On JDC, events are announced the day before - or the same day - as the event. I rarely know when one is. Then, when I finally do notice one, I have to leave before it starts. Sigh.

So, my point is: can you announce these a bit earlier?

It would be nice. It's especially annoying if you are just online for one day and plunk...there goes your oppurtunity to get points. It even annoys me, and I'm not in JDC!

If you mean the Elite Mercenaries, they have disbanded a while ago; I'm sure it was not the admins' intent to shortchange you of events.

Unfortunately, we can be lazy sometimes. I am not administrating the current season, but I have messaged Bobby about the situation.

Sometimes we do announce events ahead of time. But that was when the only time I could really host events was during weekends. Now that it's summer, I can host an event like every second day. This means I plan them on short notice, and sometimes the events are totally spontaneous.

My suggestion is just to check http://www.jazz2online.com/jdc/news/events.php every so often (bookmark that page if you want). I'm making an effort to always display at least one of the next events there.

I suppose I could just plan every event far ahead of time, but that would mess up my personal schedule.
