Can someone edit my palatte?

I need a blue gradient in my palatte sense I dnno an easy way to do this myself. You can email me: Roseta_LopRabbit@hotmail.com and I can send you the palatte to edit then you can edit it then send it back.
Edit: This is for a textured background.

oh besides, moonblaze isn't that good at palette making, he asked me a couple of times if he could use some palettes from my tilesets. I think ET or Agama could help as well.

If the problem is DRAWING a background,
well,you can't do that properly in a limited-colors image(at least in PSP).
If not,explain further!
