And just a short while ago Moonblaze asked me the same question Roseta is asking now. It's always best to learn by yourself, cmon ppl, this isnt exactly rocket science, I can do it in palsuite with 7 mouse clicks (that includes selecting the tabs and everything).

oh besides, moonblaze isn't that good at palette making, he asked me a couple of times if he could use some palettes from my tilesets. I think ET or Agama could help as well.

well,you can't do that properly in a limited-colors image(at least in PSP).
If not,explain further!
