I have seen this game 100s of times. And I know since it's beta it must be freeware. So is there any way to get this game!!! Help! I'd really like to play it.

In case it isn't freeware, email me it! At: timemaster34@wmconnect.com

Since it is Beta, you will probably have to break in at Epic, Arjan's house or Cliff's house.

Yeah but Splash, someone found the One Must Fall BETA, and that game is by Epic. So this shouldn't be that hard to obtain.

Yes, but Epic doesn't own the One Must Fall name. They do own the Jazz Jackrabbit name.

Betas are illegal to spread (unless the company says otherwise, and they haven't) and it is against the rules of this forum to ask someone to send it to you. Honestly, you'd think you would learn after all these months on these boards.

The beta of OMF exists because Rob Elam, the creator, is THE MAN. (;

And btw these rules are unexistent anymore about warez. They are very petty.

Logout of your name, and register. Nothing about Warez is in the rules. And there is actually an unwrittedn board law about giving out warez. But not about asking for them.

Who makes the rules?
The administators.
Is it then a good idea say "That rule dosen't exsist" when an administator said the reverse?
No.
Did the rules clearly said you not are alowed do ilegall stuff?
Yes.

Despite having lost the original rules that the JMMB used somewhere along the way (which we follow basically), the current rules are basically extrememly broad and there is a clause that covers warez.

By clicking the Agree button, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

Not to mention that it's illegal in the United States law. That's like saying that you can murder all you want, because no city law prevents you from murdering someone.

I think you mean nonexistant. Though, you are still incorrect, whether you did or not.

I would send it if I had it, but I don't have ANY JJ1 related material. I am really curious how the game plays. Maybe I should download it someday.. Yea. :D

Warez, whether mentioning it or actually transferring it, is not permitted on the JCF under any circumstance.

So, that wasn't actually a quote, but regardless, it's true. ;-P
