HOW IT WORKS:

Simply send your level via Email to me,
my Email adress is: KnucklesJazz@hotmail.com.
Remember that your files must be zipped,
and not over the 2mb.

WHAT DO I GET:

I don't review them, i do that on J2o,
but i tell the bugs (if i see them),
and give it a rating (1-10).

That sounds a lot like reviewing if you ask me. Also, I wouldn't know how you could possibky review a level on J2O if it wasn't uploaded to J2O in the first place.

If it comes too J2o i review them,
first i Email the bugs and the rating

In other words, he'll tell you what he would rate the current version of your level, and you can choose to take the opportunity to improve it before you put it up on J2O.

Yeah i Email the rating, and i do that fearly.
And it's nice too know what the rating of your level is
before you upload it on J2o
