Okay, the contest ended!

Toxic Factory - Olsen

Olsen used Agama's Sirius tileset, a thing which IMO should be exterminated like mosquitoes. The main thing is Layer 6 - it contains flashing blue blocks, which flash in other style each time. It could've been done slighter, though. And, it definately shouldn't move authomatically (but at least it looks nice while layer 7 is slower and layer 5 is faster). Tubes at middle can become confusing and annoying, and it looks rather out of place while you jump behind the tube. Waterfalls are not translucent, which is also quite confusing here. Sorry, but confusion is not a good thing.

CarCandy - Dx

Dx used Carrottus 1, tileset overused to death and with huge chance that level will have tilebugs. And indeed, the ground tiles looks helluva ugly. Also, lot of tiles
don't fit together, as those ground pillars Dx used as triggering scenery. The water at bottom looks too 'flipped', and moves a bit too fast. And the plants behind it definately should NOT be scrolling. As background, he used the standard water tiles, and made them disguising the non-fading warp background. But background layers are rather hard to see through bunch of vines, especially at the end. It made it looking cramped, and cramped eyecandy can become *very* annoying.

Reactor Candy - Acid

Acid used tileset by his own - Reactor Core. Luckily, the tileset has been released before, so level is allowed. But let's talk about eyecandy.
It's messed up. At start, there's almost nothing to see. It's fault of foreground here.
After my way out of this area, I noticed that blue tiles above big waterfall don't fit. They should be flipped. Then, background looked a bit too "inactive", as a reactor. More animations on layer 8 (like PC's, tubes, etc.) should work. Overall good, but I simply hate foreground.

Sunset Forest - Moonblaze

The only level which I hadn't to download... B) In review, Violet CLM stated about layer 5, which moves along L4. Well, here the problem seems to be gone, and thus, less confusation. (This level uses Jungle 2) Everything worked very well, although a bit more moths should have been added. Simply, I can not describe this eyecandy as it's l33t.

#1: Moonblaze
#2: Olsen
#3: Dx

#4. Acid

Olsen and Dx were close, but after much deliberation, I choose Olsen's. Why? It has definately less tilebugs.

And no Acid, your level don't suck
