It's not really the fact that it's a sprite editor that makes it special. MS Paint is a sprite editor. Graphics Gale is a sprite editor. This is a J2A editor. And J2As also have sound. And really, I don't see the point in turning Devil Devan into Goku if he's still going to giggle like a mad scientist and make squish noises when he jumps.
