Teh prologue

The boy with fresh edition of The Daily Carrot, ran through Turnip Village
on his bike, screaming loudly about the another fall of Devan Shell.
These rabbits, who get the newest TDC, couldn't stop their happiness.
End of the danger! At last!

NOKA, sitting in his chair and reading the somewhat famous information
about Jazz Jackrabbit's victory, thought:
"As always... no credit for us for WHATSOVER. Nothing. Who helped
him to get through Devan's traps? VF! Who destroyed Devan's escape
pod? VF! Who disabled the maintenance warpgate in the fortress?
VF! But obviously, NO CREDIT FOR US. And we STILL have to help
this foo Jackrabbit if we don't want to leave Carrotus. Sounds
like fun."
He looked at the next page, where was interview with Jazz:

-As always, our small team defeated Devan.
-Did you all took a help from someone other?
-If we would NEED help, then he would be still alive.

NOKA couldn't keep the power of his anger. He immediately scratched
TDC to two parts, and threw them to a wall with so high speed, that
both parts of TDC vaporized while meeting wall.

Still, his eyes were glowing red. If one little thing would annoy
him right now, he would lost control over power of his anger.
Last time he did, Holidaius' moon turned into space ashes. This
is why he's different than other members of Visual Fantasers,
anti-terrorist group known more as VF. Being their leader makes the
group a little inconvienient elite.

Several galaxies to the left, on the super secret secret base of
Devan Shell, was complete pandemonium. Turtles chaoticly running
across countless corridoors screaming something about their end
which is close, pointless alerts set up in labs, escaping lizards,
et cetera. Only one person watched all this mess calmful, without
blinking an eye. He slowly walked to elevator, used the keycard
to access the elite area. There were less turtles, but still, they
all were pointlessly running and screaming. He didn't care.

At last, he walked to a door marked :
Devan's Private Area
Do not enter or be gone.
There weren't any guard, as perhaps they joined the extremely scared crowd.

He just simply kicked the door, and walked inside. From a table
nearby he took few keys, walked to door marked as ARMORY, tried
to open 'em wih keys, and finally succeed.
That room was huge. Numerous missiles, lots of blasters, etc.
But guy was interessed only with the box in the left corner, marked
as TOP SECRET DEVICE. He get his thunderbolt, aimed the box as target,
and shoot. The box crashed, although the huge computer chip which was inside didn't.
There were a instruction of the weird device. Guy took the instruction,
and red it. He grinned at some text there:
"...as I'm sure not even my secret agents would find it. Not even DRG or Cooba,
the best ones."

The reason, why that guy smiled is that as he just made thing that
Devan was sure that it won't happen...

...Cooba, Devan's secret agent, find the most powerful device ever.
