Chubby; you mean like... nevermind, just not make her too skinny, (/me no like) (also, keep her human-heigth, not like 1/2 of "us"(so grown-up proportions, not kiddo size head/limbs))
Helicopter ears; sure, why not?
Spinkick; *kick* (yes) (this is more gymnastics, rather than ninja)
Southern Belle accent; ye, sure
An umbrella to carry everywhere; as long as it has a hidden gun in it, for emergency's
Angst; *google* nah, no 'graaaaaah!'
Ninja; /me no like ninja (so, no) (all the japanese/whatever yell's & "impressing" moves, no, just give someone a good punch.)

Well Noogy originally had Eva being Spaz's love intrest and a cousin to Eva. Project 2 in a press something or other just blantly said she was Jazz's sister. This (-) off Noogy who was not asked about this idea, and it was his character.
