'BOOM' basically means an orgasm, or jizz from such. BOOM on the walls was coined by VeggieMan early in #jj2's new existence.

Later it would become synonymous with a contest on SpiffyJuice called "Don't BOOM on the walls". The contest was a replica of the famous Seinfeld episode called The Contest where the characters had a competition to see who could go without masturbating the longest.
