This rather odd phrase was found in a Reuters Article(External), lodged in between two paragraphs for no apparent reason.

I originally noticed the phrase while browsing Google's News page and threw it in the topic. From this stemmed a few transitional alterations (becoming in the end 'THROWING SPORKS AT GRINDMAN'). This was a very short lived joke and isn't very important in the grand scheme of things.

Upon further investigation, the phrase does sort of make sense in the article, but not out of context. At all.
