Information on semi-idle (1 entry)

Information by BlurredD (Dec 21 2004 21:21)
The state of being idle while not actually being idle. It's either occasionally taking part in or watching one activity while truly focusing on another or, less often, spying on others while pretending to be idle.

This term came about a few years ago when stripe's JJ2 level "Happy Semiconductor CTF" (aka "semi") sudden became popular. As a result, various people (including myself) start using semi- as a prefix for other words, and thus "semi-idle" was born.
